Joy in Practice Initiative Resources & Webinars

In the spring of 2016, ADFM officially launched its "Joy in Practice Initiative,” an effort to continue the learning and sharing of best practices that we started (with guest speaker Christine Sinsky, MD, FACP) at the 2016 Winter Meeting around ways to improve practice workflow, uptake of systems-level changes, personal resilience, etc. as ways to help ourselves and our teams find their way back to joy in practice.

Department Chairs, Administrators, Faculty and other departmental entities are invited to participate in the initiative, which includes a listserve for sharing additional resources and discussions and a webinar series.

Those who are interested in joining the listserve can subscribe here: https://mailman1.u.washington.edu/mailman/listinfo/joyinpractice
